The lowest level of Wisconsin`s court system includes Wisconsin`s circuit courts and Wisconsin`s municipal courts. Mobile courts are procedural courts with general jurisdiction in civil and criminal matters. They are divided into 10 judicial administrative districts. These courts also hear appeals against decisions of district courts. The jurisdiction of district courts is limited to non-criminal traffic offences and offences under municipal ordinances.
